Description

Manta P765 is a white loose silicone microsphere powder with excellent slippery and hydrophobic properties; It has a certain ability to absorb polar and non-polar oils (including sebum) and is easily dispersed in the oil phase. It can be used in makeup, skin care, sunscreen and other personal care products to achieve a long-lasting soft slippery and powdery feel.

How to use

Manta P765 does not require heating when used. It can be dispersed with low-viscosity silicone oil (such as Manta F1006 with a viscosity of 5 cSt), cyclic silicone oil (such as such as Manta F1045) or grease (isopropyl myristate), then use a mixer to further disperse evenly. When making an emulsion, it can be added to the oil phase and stirred to disperse. If the product can be ensured to be dispersed evenly, it can also be added at a later stage.

The recommended usage level is 1-20%.

Safety and Storage

Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing). This product is non-hazardous product.
