Description
Manta F699 is a cationic emulsion of an amine-functional dimethicone. The product can be used as a conditioning agent for hair care products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling aids and hair colorants, especially suitable for weakened hair. The product has good dilution stability in shampoos and has excellent conditioning properties with emulsified silicone oil.

Applications
F699 is used as a conditioning additive for hair care products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling aids, hair colorants and so on.
How to use
F699 can be formulated into cationic, anionic or non-ionic surfactant. To gain the best function of dispersion, the product is recommended to be added at the end of the procedure at a temperature below 45℃. The recommended usage level is 0.5-2.0%.

Safety and Storage
Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production (drum packing). This product is non-hazardous product.
