Description
Manta G700-P3 is a blend of high molecular weight silicone elastomer and cyclic siloxane. It is a translucent Silicone Elastomer Gel. The nature of its gel determines that this product cannot truly be dissolved in any oil phase and can only exist in the form of stable dispersion; this product can be used in a variety of cosmetic formulas such as water/oil emulsion, water/silicone oil emulsion, oil/water emulsion and anhydrous products to obtain dry velvet Smooth, non-greasy skin feel.

How to use
Manta G700-P3 can be directly dispersed in the oil phase of the formula (silicone oil or organic oil, such as dimethyl silicone oil, cyclic silicone oil, phenyl silicone oil, fatty acid esters, hydrocarbons, etc.) to reduce viscosity), stir evenly , no need for subsequent shearing:
In emulsion product formulations, it is recommended to homogenize the oil phase separately before emulsification, or to slowly pour the dispersed oil phase into the product while stirring appropriately. It can also be added later if the viscosity of the entire dispersed phase ensures dispersion of the product. ;
The heating operation should be carried out in a sealed container to avoid the volatilization of the cyclic silicone oil. It is recommended that the operating temperature should not exceed 60°C.
The recommended usage level is 1~20%, the specific usage method depends on actual needs.
