Description
Manta G702A is a blend of high molecular weight silicone elastomer and cyclic siloxane. It is a translucent Silicone Elastomer Gel. The nature of its gel determines that this product cannot really dissolve in anything. In the oil phase, it can only exist in a stably dispersed form;
This product can be used in a variety of cosmetic formulas such as water/oil emulsion, water/silicone oil emulsion, oil/water emulsion and anhydrous products to obtain a dry, velvety smooth, non-greasy skin feel.

Applications
Manta G702A is used in skin care, hair care and other cosmetic formulations: such as sunscreen, makeup, styling products etc.
How to use
Manta G702A can be directly dispersed in the oil phase (silicone oil or organic oil) of the formula and stirred evenly without subsequent shearing processing;
In the formulation of emulsion products, add it directly to the oil phase or silicone oil raw material; it is recommended to homogenize the oil phase separately before emulsification, or slowly pour this product into the dispersed oil phase while stirring appropriately;
If the viscosity of the entire dispersed phase can ensure the dispersion of this product, it can be added later;
For convenience of use, it can be blended with dimethyl silicone oil, cyclic silicone oil, phenyl silicone oil, fatty acid esters, hydrocarbons, etc. to reduce the viscosity;
When heating, it should be carried out in a sealed container to avoid volatilization of cyclic silicone oil;
It is recommended that the operating temperature should not exceed 60°C;
Manta G702A will become very thick and may even form clumps after being left for a long time. This is a normal phenomenon and the product can be restored to its original state with only slight stirring.
The recommended usage level is 1~20%, the specific usage method depends on actual needs.

Safety and Storage
Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing).
