Description
Manta E1032 is polyether modified silicone oil. It contains a variety of different polyether segments in its structure. It has strong emulsifying ability, safe and non-toxic, and can emulsify dimethyl silicone oil and various modified silicone oils in a large viscosity range when used alone. It is a silicone oil with high stability and is an ideal silicone-in-water (Si/W) silicone oil formula emulsifier.

Applications
Manta E1032 is mainly used as an emulsifier in O/W silicone oil emulsion formulations. For example, it can be used to emulsify dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl silicone oil, hydroxyl silicone oil, amino silicone oil, alkyl silicone oil and other silicone oils to obtain a stable low viscosity O/W silicone oil emulsion.
How to use
First, fully stir this product and silicone oil to form a uniform system, then add a smaller amount of water into this uniform system at one time, and continue to stir thoroughly. The emulsion will be in the form of a paste. The actual amount of water added in this step can be adjusted according to the specific formula. Then gradually add the remaining amount of water under stirring conditions to obtain a highly stable silicone oil emulsion. (See reference recipe for details).
The recommended usage level is 2%-10%.

Safety and Storage
Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing).
