Description
Manta E1036 is a lipophilic polyether polydimethylsiloxane with excellent W/Si and W/O emulsifying capabilities. It can achieve high water content with low emulsifier dosage. This product has a slight characteristic odor of polyether.

Manta E1036 can be used in a variety of personal care products, including: skin care, makeup, and sunscreen etc.
How to use
Slowly pour the water phase into the oil phase and mix quickly. Increasing the stirring speed improves the stability of water/oil emulsion systems. Increasing the proportion of water phase can increase the viscosity of the system;
Before adding water to emulsify, the oil and emulsification should be stirred evenly;
If all raw materials are liquid, they can be emulsified at room temperature without homogenization, and a stable emulsion can be obtained by rapid stirring;
Adding electrolyte (0.5~2% sodium chloride) solution to the water phase can improve the storage stability of the emulsion system.
The recommended usage level as the main emulsifier is 1%-4%.
The recommended usage level as a co-emulsifier is 0.1~1.5%.

Safety and Storage
Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing).
