Description
Manta E1035 is a lipophilic alkyl-containing polyether polydimethylsiloxane. It has excellent W/Si and W/O emulsifying capabilities. It has good emulsifying capabilities for silicone oil and oil esters and is suitable for powders. The bulk raw materials have excellent dispersion capabilities. Low emulsifier content, high water content formula can achieve water release effect.

How to use
Under rapid stirring, slowly add the water phase into the oil phase in portions and stir quickly evenly.
Increasing the stirring speed can improve the stability of the emulsion system;
Adding antifreeze agents such as propylene glycol, glycerin, etc. can improve the antifreeze effect of the product;
Increasing the proportion of water phase can increase the viscosity of the system;
Before adding water to emulsify, the oil and emulsifier should be stirred evenly;
If all raw materials are liquid, they can be emulsified at room temperature without homogenization, and a stable emulsion can be obtained by rapid stirring.
The recommended usage level as the main emulsifier is 1%-5%.
The recommended usage level as a co-emulsifier is 0.1~1.5%.

Safety and Storage
Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing).
