Description

Manta E1038 is a lipophilic alkyl-containing polyether polydimethylsiloxane with excellent W/Si and W/O emulsifying capabilities, good emulsifying capabilities for both silicone and non-silicon oils, and excellent dispersion ability for powder raw materials. Low emulsifier dosage can achieve high water content. This product has a characteristic smell.

How to use

Under rapid stirring, slowly add the water phase into the oil phase in portions and stir quickly evenly. Increasing the stirring speed can improve the stability of the emulsion system, and adding antifreeze agents such as propylene glycol and glycerol can improve the antifreeze effect of the product. Increasing the proportion of water phase can increase the viscosity of the system.

Before adding water to emulsify, the oil and emulsifier should be stirred evenly;

If all raw materials are liquid, they can be emulsified at room temperature without homogenization, and a stable emulsion can be obtained by rapid stirring;

Adding electrolyte (0.5~2% sodium chloride) solution to the aqueous phase can improve the storage stability of the emulsion system.

The recommended usage level as the main emulsifier is 1%-5%. 

The recommended usage level as a co-emulsifier is 0.1~1.5%.
