Description
Manta E1066 is a lipophilic alkyl-containing polyether polydimethylsiloxane with excellent W/Si and W/O emulsifying capabilities. It has good emulsifying capabilities for silicone oil and non-silicone oil esters. It has outstanding stability and excellent dispersion ability for powder raw materials.

How to use
Under rapid stirring, slowly add the water phase into the oil phase in portions and stir quickly evenly. Increasing the stirring speed can improve the stability of the emulsion system, and adding antifreeze agents such as propylene glycol and glycerol can improve the antifreeze effect of the product. Increasing the proportion of water phase can increase the viscosity of the system.
Before adding water to emulsify, the oil and emulsifier should be stirred evenly;
If all raw materials are liquid, they can be emulsified at room temperature without homogenization, and a stable emulsion can be obtained by rapid stirring;
Adding electrolyte (0.5~2% sodium chloride) solution to the aqueous phase can improve the storage stability of the emulsion system.
The recommended usage level is 0.3%-5%.

Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing).
