Description
Manta E1031 is a dispersion of high molecular weight polyether silicone oil in cyclic silicone oil. It is a special dispersant for cyclic silicone oil in water (water/cyclic silicone oil) formula. As a dispersion aid for polar and non-polar raw materials in the formula, it can dissolve the non-polar raw materials in the external phase of silicone oil and dissolve the polar raw materials in the internal phase of water.

Applications
E1031 can be used in a variety of personal care products, including: makeup, skin care, sunscreen, deodorant and antiperspirant.
How to use
Slowly pour the water phase into the oil phase and mix quickly. Increasing the stirring speed can improve the stability of the water/oil emulsion system. Increasing the proportion of water phase can increase the viscosity of the system.
The product should be stirred evenly before use;
Using a homogenizer can improve the stability of the emulsion system;
In the aqueous phase, adding electrolyte (1~2% sodium chloride) solution can improve the storage stability of the emulsion system;
If there are no solid raw materials in the formula, the formula can be emulsified at room temperature.
The recommended usage level is 4%-12%.

Safety and Storage
Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing).
